West Africa
Hisportic Christian Mission began its work in Guinea-Bissau in 2000, stepping into one of the world’s smallest and poorest Portuguese-speaking nations with a big vision — to plant churches, train leaders, and bring the hope of Christ to every corner of the country.
What started as six churches and two small schools has grown into a thriving network of more than 20 congregations, three schools, and hundreds of believers across Guinea-Bissau. Each church represents a story of faith, sacrifice, and perseverance — led by local pastors who are building up their own communities through worship, teaching, and service.
Beyond church planting, HCM’s work in West Africa now includes education, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and community outreach — all designed to help believers grow strong in both faith and daily life.
